REAL SWEETNESS

syat krsna-nama-caritadi-sitapy avidya-

pittopatapta-rasanasya na rocika nu

kintv adarad anudinam khalu saiva justa

svadvi kramad bhav ati tad-gada-mula-hantri

The holy name, character, pastimes and activities of Krsna are all transcendentally sweet like sugar candy. Although the tongue of one afflicted by the jaundice of avidya [ignorance] cannot taste anything sweet, it is wonderful that simply by carefully chanting these sweet names every day, a natural relish awakens within his tongue, and his disease is gradually destroyed at the root.

SO ,ALWAYS CHANT

HARE KRISHNA HARE KRISHNA KRISHNA KRISHNA HARE HARE

HARE RAMA HARE RAMA RAMA RAMA HARE HARE

& BE HAPPY FOR EVER

LESSON 1

One's devotional service is spoiled when he becomes too entangled in the following six activities:

atyaharah prayasas ca

prajalpo niyamagrahah

jana-sangas ca laulyam ca

sadbhir bhaktir vinasyati

 (1) Eating more than necessary or collecting more funds than required;

(2) Over endeavoring for mundane things that are very difficult to obtain;

(3) Talking unnecessarily about mundane subject matters;

(4) Practicing the scriptural rules and regulations only for the sake of following them and not for the sake of spiritual advancement, or rejecting the rules and regulations of the scriptures and working independently or whimsically;

(5) Associating with worldly-minded persons who are not interested in Krishna consciousness; and

(6) Being greedy for mundane achievements.

The aim of human life is to attain God realization while doing good in the world; the means of God realization is bhakti and God's Grace; and God, Who is omnipresent in His eternal Divine personal form, is all-kind, all-loving, all-Gracious and all-beautiful. Out of His extreme loving kindness to all the souls, He instantly reveals Himself to anyone whenever a person wholeheartedly surrenders to Him in total love and dedication. Thus, this theme of 'God realization through bhakti' has been the focusing point of all Bhartiya scriptures.

JAI JAI SHREE RADHEY

Thousands of years ago it was discovered in India, that perfection could not be found in the external world, which is impermanent and full of contradictions. Freedom from all limitations is the vedantic criterion of perfection. Immutable Truth, unity of existence, boundless bliss, this is what is meant by perfection in Vedanta. There is only one thing, which is free from all limitations of time, space, causation: It is absolute consciousness. It is in the depths of consciousness, that perfection is to be sought.

LESSON 1

To convert an ordinary human into a great Vaishnava he has to just follow only one rule (niyam) “always (continuous, sataat) LORD KRISHNAS MEDETATION (chintan) & NEVER EVER FORGETFULLNESS.”

This is very easy for devotees by birth or birth in the house of devotee. And which is very difficult for ordinary ones? & to develop we have to follow many niyamas .Of this first is chant, listen, remember & spread the holy name of lord Krishna.

"vasudeve bhagavati

bhakti-yogah prayojitah

janayaty asu vairagyam

jnanam ca yad ahaitukam"

By rendering devotional service unto the Personality of Godhead, Sri

Krsna, one immediately acquires causeless knowledge and detachment from

the world.
